I’m a firm believer in the phrase, “if you’ve don’t have anything good to say, don’t say it at all.”  It would have been wise for this writer to take that into account.  Check out the following screen shot and understand.

What is the point of even writing those sentences, they don’t make the visitor feel any better about how often you update your website.  It will do more damage then good.  Would you want to hang around a website that doesn’t get updated?  I know I wouldn’t.  And thats my rant.
